DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

  • No, we do not offer refunds on any haircare products, hair extensions or wigs. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it CANNOT be cancelled so we ask that you double check that your order is correct before checking out.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
  • No, all haircare products, hair extensions and wig sales are FINAL.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TAKE?
  • OmniTresses process all orders within 3 business days and it takes an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered. If an order is placed during the weekend or holiday, it will be processed the NEXT business day. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?
  • The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 20 inches. For any lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3-5 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look. This also depends on which texture you decide to go with.

HOW LONG DOES Hair EXTENSIONS LAST?
  • OmniTresses can last up to a year or longer depending on the way you treat the hair. Our Mink Collection lasts 6-12 months, our Luxury Collection lasts up to 2 years, whilst our OmniLink Collection lasts up to 1 year. Our Glam Seamless Tape In Collection also lasts up to 1 year.

CAN I COLOR MY OMNITRESSES?
  • Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
  • After an order is placed we do not make changes. If you notice an error made with your address, contact us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it.
